Important Note: Pool access is exclusive to guests with a confirmed room reservation. Each unit is limited to a maximum of 3 guests.

Pool Rules

• No refunds will be issued for any payments sent by mistake.
• Diving is strictly prohibited — the pool depth is only 2 to 4 feet.
• Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
• Glass containers, bottles, cans, or any glass items are strictly prohibited near the pool.
• Please observe the C.L.A.Y.Go. (Clean As You Go) policy. Clean tables and chairs after use.
• Tables and chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
• Children must be supervised by a guardian at all times while in the pool area.
• All users must change into dry clothing before exiting the pool area.
• Only appropriate swimwear is allowed: swimsuits, rash guards, swimming trunks, and board shorts. Shoes, stockings, socks, or any street clothing are strictly prohibited in the pool.
• No lifeguard on duty. The Condominium Corporation, Declarant, Property Management Office, Unit Owners, Residents, and Tenants shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage. All users utilize the pool and facilities at their own risk.
